More than 3 tons of vegetables were sold in the El Salado estuary.
The tomatoes sale in the facilities of El Salado was very successful, reported the director of this natural protected area, Jaime Torres.
They were 3 tons 300 kilograms that were sold this Wednesday, with the goal of supporting the estuary. And also to benefit the Animal Control and Assistance Center of Puerto Vallarta and an Association dedicated to the protection of dogs in Talpa de Allende.
“We want to thank the people of Vallarta for joining this cause, we have sold almost all of the tomatoes and we are very grateful,” Jaime Torres said.
Tomatoes that could not be sold were given to the local fauna, so that they do not have difficulties in finding food in the next weeks.
