With the recognition of Vallarta´s mayor for his performance and efficiency in the position. Víctor Manuel Bernal Vargas, resigned as general secretary of the City Council, and in his place, Francisco Javier Vallejo Corona, will take his place as of this Friday, April 12, 2019.
Bernal Vargas, also took the opportunity to express his gratitude “for getting the opportunity to serve this City Council, as well as the citizens of Valladolid, as general secretary.” Immediately afterwards and appealing to the faculties conferred by the Law, the mayor proposed Francisco Javier Vallejo Corona, to fill the position, replacing Víctor Bernal. He will start working as of this Friday, April 12.
In this context, municipal president and Councillors congratulated the still general secretary, Víctor Bernal Vargas, for his excellent work and treatment that he granted in the performance of his duties, wishing him all the success in his new assignment. Mayor Arturo Dávalos himself announced that Bernal Vargas will be the new director of Social Development of the City Council, replacing Rodolfo Domínguez Monroy, who joins as coordinator of his team of advisers, also as of this Friday.
